Bring the spritz
to your thing.

Weddings, launches, festivals, backyard blowouts — we roll up with the cart, the cold pours and the golden-hour energy. You bring the people; we’ll bring the party.

What shows up

A working bar,
not a folding table.

Everything arrives on the truck and leaves on the truck. You pick the pours; we handle the cold chain, the pouring and the tidying up after.

The cart & the taps

Our own draft set-up, chilled and running off a standard outlet. Up to four lines at once — or one, if you’d rather keep it simple.

The pour list

Real spirits, real fruit, real botanicals. Pick from the range or tell us the brief and we’ll build something for the night.

The people

Our crew pours, keeps the line moving and reads the room. Guests get a cold drink in about ten seconds — no shaking, no queue.

The look

Menu boards, cups, signage and the bits that make it photograph well. It should look like it was always part of the room.

September 25 · Mount Pleasant

The one we built
with Rough Works.

A third floor in Mount Pleasant, four in the afternoon until ten. Three brand-new drinks straight off the tap, a shelf of limited-release bottles and special editions, and a room full of people who came for one and stayed for five. This is the exact night we’ll build for you — the drinks change, the feeling doesn’t.

Salted Grapefruit Limoncello8% — Amalfi lemon with grapefruit and a salted rim’s worth of sea salt.
Tequila Hugo Spritz8% — Elderflower and mint, pulled sideways by blanco tequila.
Peach & Mango Lambrusco9.5% — Stone fruit over a dry, dark Lambrusco. The one that disappears.
The mystery shelfBottles — Limited releases, small batches and the odd non-alcoholic experiment. Not on tap, and not around for long.

The night — the artwork, the drink films, the invitations and this website — was made with Rough Works, the Vancouver studio behind the Sprizzini brand. If you want the party and the thing people remember it by, they come as a pair.

How it works

Three steps, then
it’s someone else’s job.

  1. Tell us the date

Date, rough headcount and where it is. That’s enough for us to say yes and send a number back.

  2. We build the pour list

We’ll suggest what works for the crowd and the weather, and sort permits and service with your venue.

  3. We roll up and pour

We arrive early, set up, run the bar all night and leave the space the way we found it.

Three fields are all we actually need. Fill in the rest if you know it — even “sometime in July, maybe eighty people” is enough to get started.
